Refund Policy - A1 Gifting

  1. In what cases/ scenarios does A1Gifting grant refunds? Refunds will be granted by A1Gifting only when the order was cancelled by the customer or A1Gifting. Refunds are not applicable on all products/ services at A1Gifting.com. Please review our return policy. Once the product(s) has been dispatched, A1Gifting will not grant for refund.
  2. How I can track status of refunds? After verifying and authentication for returns by A1Gifting, we will send you an email to your registered email ID. You can also take updates of your refunds through our 24x7 support services through phone call.
  3. I have still not received the funded amount of my cancelled order even though A1Gifting customer care says they have completed process of refund. If you got refund confirmation email from our side then rest process depends upon financial organizations or banks. Therefore, you are requested to follow your bank through the refund reference number issued by A1Gifting.
  4. Any deduction in case of refund? A1Gifting refund policy allows two types of refunds. One is full refund and another is partially refunds the case vary on order was cancelled. If A1Gifting refunds partially minimum 10% deduction applied on order amount for bank and/or transactional charges already paid by A1Gifting.
  5. How I can cancel an order? You can cancel an order by getting in touch with our support team by emailing on support@a1gifting.com or over phone. Order cannot be cancelled, if the order parcel has been shipped by us.
