Shipping Policy - A1 Gifting

A1 Gifting has transparent and clear shipping policy for all online gifts orders place on our website. A1 Gifting wants to assure you that your ordered gifts will be delivered fastly. We are extremely committed to deliver your gift order accurately and in good condition.

  1. A1 Gifting offers FREE Shipping for India on all gift orders through www.a1gifting.com
  2. Each and every order shipped to a single destination specified by you at the time of gift order placed. If you want to ship your order at another address, then you have to place a different order.
  3. We do our best to deliver your order with 2-3 working days depends upon the delivery location. In case of remote or rural locations, it may take up to 7 working days to deliver your ordered gift.
  4. A1 Gifting ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday) excluding the public holidays and Sundays.
  5. At A1 Gifting We want to assure that your Gift items will be shipped in time and in good conditions for that we only ship and collaborate with reputed courier agencies.
  6. If you feel that product is not in good condition or packaging is tampered or damaged, please do not accept the order and send us email at support@a1gifting.com, mention your order number. We will resolve the issue as early as possible.
  7. You can track Shipping Status of your gift order in "My Account" section given on right top corner on A1 Gifting website.
  8. Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like Blue dart, Aramex, DTDC, First Flight, India Post etc.
  9. Currently, www.a1gifting.com doesn't deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.
  10. Orders (if in stock) placed before 16:00 on a week day are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the Monday.
  11. A1 Gifting delivers your order to your door. If you are not home, A1 Gifting will try again the next day (also on a Saturday). If you are not home on three consecutive days, your order will be sent back to us.
  12. In case User books Order of multiple Products in one transaction, we would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If User purchases multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then User should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.
  13. A1 Gifting shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered within given timeline from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). However, User understands and confirms that A1 Gifting shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of A1 Gifting, provided, we take all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
  14. It is possible that there is any holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery or it may be shortage of stock of purchased item. In this case, we may take some more time to deliver your product, resulted in the delay of order delivery. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
  15. There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on A1 Gifting. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
  16. You may notice some variation in estimated delivery times for product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
  17. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location and the availability of reliable courier partners in your location
  18. We are not offering Cash On Delivery (COD) facility. Currently we are accepting prepaid orders only.
